Did you know that as a Greek Expat you can study in a Greek University for free ?

In a nutshell:

a.If you graduate from a foreign school abroad and you fulfill the requirements you can sit the university entrance exams for ex-pats in only one subject, which is  Greek Language and Literature, and study whatever you want in Greece!

b.If you graduate from a greek school abroad or a foreign school in Greece you can sit the university entrance exams for ex-pats in four subjects, including the Greek Language and Literature. What the other three subjects are depends on the studies you want to follow at the university.

The exams take place every year in September.

Greek Language and Literature

The exam paper tests the students’ knowledge of the Greek language and literature. Students are expected to deeply understand and analyze a wide range of passages (e.g.newspaper articles, literature extracts, announcements, webpages etc) and critically stand towards them and express their opinions in written form. Also, they are expected to show their language skills through a variety of language exercises.
